Recipe of the week: Red Fire Halloween Cocktail

Kitchen Company, BoltonThis simple, yet devilishly hot brandy-based cocktail from Home and Garden is the perfect addition to any Halloween drinks list this weekend.

This Halloween cocktail tastes spook-tacularly good (sorry – their words not ours!) with an added eerie surprise after each sip!

  • 400ml pomegranate juice
  • 3 tbsp brandy
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1½tsp Tabasco® Pepper Sauce
  • A few strips liquorice
  • 4 slices lime to garnish

  1. Mix the pomegranate juice, brandy, lime juice and Tabasco® together in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well then strain it into 4 cocktail glasses.
  2. Serve with lime slices and liquorice strands.

Top tips –

No cocktail shaker? A jar works just as well and you can strain with a sieve.
